“What would you do” if you see a specially abled person shopping at the store? Would you feel pity for him? Is he/she an incapable person in your eyes? Would you feel like he is a normal and very capable person who can on his own? Who needs more help if a disabled person is bothered by the people in his surrounding….the disabled …or the bothering person?
